Just in...Developing Kalaeloa

Kalaeloa Master Plan; draft. The Hawaii Community Development Authority prepared this Master Plan to redevelop the former Barbers Point Naval Air Station in Ewa, Oahu. The Master Plan is intended to amend the existing Kalaeloa Community Redevelopment Plan, prepared as part of the Navy's Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) process.
